APG have developed an Integrated Management System Plan which uphold the requirements against the accredited standards and for which we have established our commitments listed within APG’s policies:
- Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015;
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System (WHS), ISO 45001:2018;
- Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001:2015.
Quality Policy

At APG, our commitment is to never compromise on the safety, compliance and quality of our service in line with our 5 core values.
This requires understanding the responsibilities by all our employee’s and candidates regarding what our quality objectives are.
APG’s Management Team is responsible for establishing, implementing, integrating & maintaining the Quality Management System and to ensure sufficient resources are readily available. This is done in line with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
Roles and Responsibilities
All employees and candidates are expected to understand and actively support APG’s quality objectives. Through direction and support, each employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of Quality, as part of our Integrated Management System function, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, compliance, and its direct relevance to the success of the Organisation. Equally, every employee is responsible for and will be trained to perform the duties required by their specific role.
Quality Objectives
APG is dedicated to achieving quality by focusing on:
- Continuously improving and exceeding client service expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sourcing and providing suitable candidates that meet client job specifications and requirements.
- Taking prompt and effective action to address non-conformities, complaints, and recommendations.
- Offering training and development opportunities to help staff enhance existing skills and acquire new competencies.
- Regularly reviewing the Quality Management System to monitor compliance and drive continual improvement.
Implementation and Review
Our Quality Policy is enacted through the Integrated Management System, with each employee responsible for ensuring compliance according to their job role. The system is regularly monitored, measured, evaluated, and improved, with a formal review conducted at least annually.
WHS Policy

We understand that the health and safety of our candidates, employees, and others we work with is paramount, and it forms an essential part of our core values.
Roles and Responsibilities
APG’s Top Management team is fully committed to providing adequate resources and leadership to uphold best practice Safety Management Standards in line with ISO 45001:2018. We will continually review and improve our WHS management system to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and effective risk management strategies
WHS Objectives
APG has the following Work, Health and Safety Objectives:
- Provide and maintain a safe work environment for all candidates and employees;
- Identify and manage risks to prevent accidents and injuries;
- Encourage behavior that promotes the health and safety of all candidates and employees;
- Returning candidates / employees to meaningful employment without imposed restrictions;
- Maintaining our record of 0 Fatalities and working towards reducing LTI frequency by 10% from previous year.
Consultation and Reporting
APG expects all candidates and employees to take personal responsibility for safety, report unsafe conditions and actions promptly, and behave consistently with safe work practices, legal requirements, and APG’s values.
Environmental Sustainability and Climate Change Policy
At APG, our core workplace values - Teamwork, Integrity, People, Passion, and Safety - guide every aspect of our operations. We recognise that environmental stewardship and action on climate change are essential responsibilities aligned with our values of Safety, People, and Integrity.
APG is committed to integrating environmental sustainability and climate-conscious practices into our business operations. We will do so in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Standard, relevant state and federal environmental legislation, and industry best practices.
Policy Objectives
APG’s Environmental and Climate Change Objectives are to:
- Improve energy efficiency across offices by implementing practical energy-saving initiatives and promoting conscious energy use among all personnel.
- Reduce waste generation by:
- Recycling materials (e.g., paper, plastics)
- Prioritising electronic communication to limit paper usage
- Promoting correct disposal and segregation of all workplace waste.
- Minimise carbon emissions related to business travel by encouraging public transport, carpooling and video conferencing where appropriate.
- Educate and raise awareness among all employees, candidates, and stakeholders about environmental sustainability and climate-related issues.
- Comply with all current environmental laws, regulations, and any other requirements relevant to our business activities.
- Continually improve our environmental performance by setting measurable targets, monitoring outcomes, and reviewing practices regularly.

- Stay informed about APG’s environmental practices and climate change responsibilities;

Anti Corruption and Bribery Policy
APG’s core workplace values are Teamwork, Integrity, People, Passion and Safety. APG endeavors to apply these values to all business operations.
APG pride ourselves on acting with integrity and honesty in all business operations. Corruption and bribery undermine legitimate business activities and exposes the business and its employees to significant risks. APG are committed to a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
APG’s core value of integrity includes constantly complying with the laws of the country in which we operate. We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in Australia.
This Policy applies to all APG employees, candidates, contractors and agents of APG.
APG employees are required to act in a professional manner with accountability and transparency at all times and commit to the following:
- Never offering, paying, soliciting or accepting bribes in any form;
- Never offering or accepting an item, money, travel, hospitality, entertainment or other token of appreciation that may be construed or used by others to allege favoritism, discrimination, collusion or similarly unacceptable practices;
- Never engaging in any form of corrupt business practice, whether for the benefit of APG, the individual or another party.
APG Top Management will review this policy at a minimum on an annual basis.
