APG have developed an Integrated Management System Plan which uphold the requirements against the accredited standards and for which we have established our commitments listed within APG’s policies:
- Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015;
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System (WHS), ISO 45001:2018;
- Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001:2015.
Quality Policy

At APG, our commitment is to never compromise on the safety, compliance and quality of our service inline with our 5 core values.
This requires understanding the responsibilities by all of our employee’s and candidates regarding what our quality objectives are.
APG’s Management Team is responsible for establishing, implementing, integrating & maintaining the Quality Management System and to ensure sufficient resources are readily available. This is done inline with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
Through direction and support, each employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of Quality, as part of our Integrated Management System function, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, compliance, and its direct relevance to the success of the Organisation. Equally, every employee is responsible for, and will be trained to perform the duties required by their specific role.
APG endeavors to ensure quality through the application of the below objectives:
- To continually improve and / or exceed service expectations of clients to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Find suitable candidates that meet the job specifications and requirements for our clients;
- Implement prompt action in respect of non conformities, complaints and recommendations;
- Provide training and development required for staff to improve existing and achieve new skills;
- Carry out review of the Quality Management System in order to monitor compliance and facilitate continual improvements.
At APG, we implement the Quality Policy through the application of our Integrated Management System. Each employee is responsible for upholding compliance in line with our quality requirements as per their job role.
The Integrated Management System will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced at a minimum on an annual basis.
WHS Policy

APG understands WHS is an integral part of its business operations where the health and safety of those we work with is paramount falling within our 5 core values.
We will strive to continually improve our systems and processes, with regular monitoring of our business activities and implementing beneficial changes when needed.
APG’s Top Management team is committed to upholding best practice Safety Management Standards across all our business operations. We will continually review and monitor our systems to ensure the organisation complies with the defined standards / legislation and implements comprehensive safety and risk management strategies. This will be done inline with ISO 45001:2018 Standard.
APG has the following Work, Health and Safety Objectives:
- Provide and maintain a safe work environment for all candidates and employees;
- Identify and manage risks to prevent accidents and injuries;
- Encourage behavior that promotes the health and safety of all candidates and employees;
- Returning candidates / employees to meaningful employment without imposed restrictions;
- Maintaining our record of 0 Fatalities and reducing LTI frequency by 10% from previous year.
We actively encourage our candidates and employees to be active in observing and recommending changes in the workplace to reduce exposure to any risks and hazards.
APG expect all our candidates and employees to take responsibility for their actions, to report unsafe acts and working conditions, and behave in a manner that reflects safe work practices, standards and APG values.
Environmental Sustainability and Climate Change Policy

APG understands that care for the environment is an essential part of conducting its business operations in line with our core values of safety, people, and integrity. APG is committed to integrating environmental sustainability and addressing climate change into our operations and business practices. Our Policy will be implemented in line with the ISO14001:2015 Standard.
APG has the following Environmental and Climate Change Objectives:
- Strive to improve energy efficiency in our offices by implementing energy-saving measures and promoting responsible energy consumption among our employees / candidates.
- Implement waste reduction strategies such as recycling paper usage, promoting electronic communication, and encouraging correct disposal of workplace waste.
- Encourage our employees / candidates to minimize travel-related carbon emissions by promoting the use of public transportation, carpooling and teleconferencing.
- To actively raise and educate our employees / candidates about environmental sustainability and climate change issues.
- All current and environmental legislation is complied with in business operations.
By implementing the Environmental Sustainability and Climate Change Policy, APG aims to demonstrate leadership in environmental management within the recruitment / labour hire industry. APG is committed to fostering a sustainable workplace culture and making a positive impact on the environment for current and future generations.
APG employees / candidates shall be encouraged through education, training, and motivation to develop a sense of responsibility for the protection of the environment and staying informed about the latest in climate change. APG endeavors to encourage environmental responsibilities amongst clients, suppliers and any additional services engaged.
We will ensure that our employees / candidates are informed of our policy and are aware of their environmental and climate change responsibilities in relation to the APG business activities.
Anti Corruption and Bribery Policy
APG’s core workplace values are Teamwork, Integrity, People, Passion and Safety. APG endeavors to apply these values to all business operations.
APG pride ourselves on acting with integrity and honesty in all business operations. Corruption and bribery undermine legitimate business activities and exposes the business and its employees to significant risks. APG are committed to a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
APG’s core value of integrity includes constantly complying with the laws of the country in which we operate. We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in Australia.
This Policy applies to all APG employees, candidates, contractors and agents of APG.
APG employees are required to act in a professional manner with accountability and transparency at all times and commit to the following:
- Never offering, paying, soliciting or accepting bribes in any form;
- Never offering or accepting an item, money, travel, hospitality, entertainment or other token of appreciation that may be construed or used by others to allege favoritism, discrimination, collusion or similarly unacceptable practices;
- Never engaging in any form of corrupt business practice, whether for the benefit of APG, the individual or another party.
APG Top Management will review this policy at a minimum on an annual basis.
