David Stack, Group Chief Executive Officer & Director
David Stack is CEO and a Director of the APG group of companies, responsible for the day to day operations of the company while reporting to the Board of Directors on the strategic and financial positions of the company.
David has been with APG for over 20 years and during that time he has performed across a range of roles, giving him a solid understanding of what it takes to succeed. His role as CEO gives him the experience and knowledge to encompass extensive decision making policy and drive change within the organisation, benefiting the national growth of APG as a recruitment and labour hire leader.
Glenn Redman, APG Workforce Chief Executive Officer & Director
As APG Workforce Chief Executive Officer and a Director of APG for over 13 years, Glenn Redman is responsible for looking after the national operations of the labour hire & recruitment business. His role includes responsibility for the development of new processes and systems to continually improve the efficiency of the business to deliver the highest level of service to candidates and clients.
Another project of Glenn’s has been the increase in sponsorship or local sporting teams and charities. APG Workforce is currently a National Corporate Partner of Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia which Glenn was instrumental in putting together.
Dhaval Trivedi, General Manager
As General Manager of APG Workforce, Dhaval is responsible for managing performance and growth of the business. Dhaval leads a competent national team of professionals engaged with enhancing operational efficiency and growth.
Coming onboard APG Workforce in 2010, Dhaval has had a role to play in every aspect of the business. A qualified Accountant with Masters in Commerce and a Degree in Law, Dhaval brings a diverse global experience from senior positions held across a diverse spectrum of global and multi-national organizations in oil& gas, manufacturing, retail and project execution environments.
Tammy Sheather, National Key Accounts Manager
As National Key Accounts Manager Tammy is responsible for the Management of all Key National Accounts in both the Private and Government sector within the business. Tammy provides support to our Management team across the country to increase sales, profitability and identify new business opportunities. Tammy’s key strengths lie in building great relationships obtained by understanding the needs and expectations of all national and government clients across several industries.
Her experience in operations has led to the successful management of labour, productivity and safety measures across all current key Accounts and continues to be a great asset of APG Workforce. Tammy has been in recruitment for over 19 years and with APG Workforce since 2006 making her a key person in the organisation and an asset rich in industry knowledge.
Tammy has been a huge part of successful tenders and has a vast amount of knowledge in the recruitment sector especially focussing on finding solutions to challenging sourcing, onboarding and employment of labour both metro and remote regional locations. A can-do attitude that there is always a solution which is found through teamwork and shared problem solving at APG Workforce.
Kelly Frost, National Operations Manager
Kelly Frost is the National Operations Manager for APG Workforce, a role that sees her support the business across all branches throughout Australia to deliver results in a diverse range of communities across the country.
Joining APG Workforce in 2014, Kelly has worked in a range of positions within the company including Regional Workforce Placement, HR and Performance Manager before her efforts and ability saw her progress to National Operations Manager. Kelly’s success and growth within APG Workforce can be attributed to the mentoring and professional development invested in her but at the core Kelly’s personal drive to succeed in any endeavour that she undertakes.
Before joining APG Workforce, Kelly previously worked in leadership roles in Sales & Marketing and Commercial Recruitment. These roles both internal and external where Kelly successfully delivered results on recruitment campaigns across a variety of areas from capital cities right through to Uluru and beyond.
Chitra Vandasalam, HR/IR Manager
Chitra Vandasalam is the Human Resource/Industrial Relations (IR/HR) Manager for APG, a role that sees her implement processes, procedures and controls in the area of HR and IR. The role is to ensure compliance to Fair Work Legislation & Act, National Employment Standards, Awards / Enterprise Agreements and advise management on the same. Represent the company on all matters with Fair Work Commission and Unions matters.
Chitra brings more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations to APG. In previous roles, she have managed Human Resources and Industrial Relations in industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Insurance, Media and Information Technology.
Chitra’s specialty lays in the area of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Employment Compensation, Training & Development (Certified Trainer & Assessor), HR Services and Implementation & Maintenance of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.
Kimberley Vatos, National HSEQ Manager
APG place great importance on the health and safety of our employees and their workplaces. Kimberley Vatos is APG’s National WHS & Quality Manager, responsible for checking, reporting of all WHS visits, toolbox talks completed, WHS training, injury management and ensuring APG stays compliant with ISO9001 international standard for Quality Management and AS/NZS 4801 OHS Management.
Kimberley has a passion for safety delivering this through support and assistance to our many APG branches across Australia. Kimberley continually explores ways to boost safety culture and reduce time off due to workplace injuries / incidents through hazard identification and management.
With over 17 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Kimberley has worked across many sectors of the business and sees her true passion as ensuring not only a safe working environment, but the right care and treatment is given to anyone that is in need.
