APG at the RMHC Red Boot Hoot
Monday, 5th August 2019
On Saturday 3rd August 2019, APG Workforce attended the Annual RMHC South East Queensland Gala Ball also known as the ‘Red Boot Hoot’ at the Royal International Convention Centre in Brisbane. It was a fantastic night, for a fantastic cause which APG workforce was very proud to be a Bronze Sponsor.
Every year the Red Boot Hoot brings a little taste of the EKKA to the ballroom, with lots of fun activities like the mechanical bull, laughing clowns and more exciting arcade games. The best part is any ride coupons purchased went straight to RMHC, so of course we had some fun to raise money!
In attendance was Brooke Onley (APG Charity & Events Manager), Neil Bentham (APG National BDM) and his lovely wife Laura. We also had the pleasure of extending an invite to some of APG’s Queensland clients Jack Uzarevic and his wife Sharon, Michael Smithson and his Fiancé Emma along with Grant Onley and his wife Joanne.
The night was a major success raising much need funds for RMHC SEQ chapter which supports over 150 families every night across 3 houses as well as over 30,000 people a year in their family rooms across South East Queensland.
We look forward to continuing our support of RMHC all across Australia and continue being advocates to do our part in Keeping Families Close, Because People Matter!
